Michael Doster is a licensed architect, registered in the states of New Jersey and New York (NJ Lic. No. 21AI02180200; NY Lic. No. 044622). In addition to his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from The Catholic University of America, he studied architecture abroad in both Barcelona, Spain and Helsinki, Finland. Michael’s greatest professional passion is helping families create their dream home. Outside of the office, he enjoys running, his dog Penny and frozen drinks.
TONY ALIANO

Tony Aliano was born and raised in the construction industry and brings over 22 years of experience to every project. There is nothing he loves more than watching a project transform from an architectural drawing into a real-life structure. In addition to architecture, Tony’s interests include playing hockey, making wine, and travel. He is a proud dog dad to Wally, Lana and Brutus.
JAKE HAENGGI
Jake Haenggi is currently a student at Kean University, pursuing Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Architecture. He has worked with the ArchStone team since 2021, starting as an intern and graduating to an employee. Jake loves being able to simultaneously benefit from real-world industry experience as he gains an academic education in Architecture. He also enjoys photography, listening to jazz music, and visiting art exhibitions.
