Deerfield road private residence

The goal for this project was to fully renovate and expand an original 1950’s cape with a second floor rear addition. The home now features an open floor plan, large eat-in kitchen, screened-in porch and large rear windows to enhance the views of a bird sanctuary. The renovation also included lots of custom woodwork and all new electric, plumbing, heating and cooling throughout. And the back half of the garage was converted into a powder room and mudroom to accommodate the owners’ four-legged family members.
